Well, to sum up the Writtenhouse voyage to Atlanta, I would classify it as strange. Not strange good or strange bad, just strange. Some of the high/lowlights:

-Having to perform in a church parking lot next to a dumpster, in the middle of a cookout/ skate jam. We always give 100% but i'd rather not drive 12 hours to a venue only to have drunken ATLiens kick flip through our set.....sigh

-On our way home , Dame, our quick thinking driver/manager talked a state trooper out of giving us a speeding ticket by convincing him we were a R&B/Christian rap group. We waxed poetic about spreading a message of peace from a youth perspective and the officer seemed genuinely impressed and lets go with a warning. Thank God...literally.

-We also had a very dope shoot with a local photographer K.Escamilla. She is a sweetheart and almost made me look photogenic. Big shoutout to her and her boyfriend Kato, a dope producer/mc.

Hmm, I seemed to have used a lot of slashes in this post, I guess since our team is at the startup stage we all have to wear more than one hat for the time being. I myself, am the resident producer/videographer/blogger. Its cool , I like hats.
